I’m happy to offer my 2 bedroom pre-war apartment located in East Williamsburg, equidistant from the Grand and Graham L train stops (near the intersection of Grand and Graham). The second bedroom is used as an office and dining area.

Will consider a shorter stay (no less than 2 wks) for an increased nightly rate.

Living Room
Nice deep leather sofa and comfy leather lounge chair. 100” projector with apple TV HBO, Netflix, and amazon prime. High end sound system. All of the lighting is on Philips hue so you can dial it in and make cozy vibes (there's an iPad to control it). 10,000BTU AC super quiet.

Office/Dining
Fast wifi 495mb download, 20mb upload. Sit stand desk with two 27” monitors that will power your MacBook. Klipsch computer speakers and subwoofer. Wireless mouse/keyboard. Dining table that seats 4.

Kitchen
It’s a pretty robust kitchen with most everything you’d need to cook whatever you’d like. New gas range/stove, rice maker, toaster, wok, full pots and pans set, all the cooking utiensils/measuring etc, nice professional knives, blender with full size pitcher, personal size and food processor attachment. Hot water kettle for coffee tea, bean grinder, full size coffee maker or french press.

Bedroom
Queen size Nectar premium mattress super comfy. Multiple sets of percale sheets. I’ll clear out half of the closet for you and at least half of the drawers. W8000BTU quiet AC.

Bathroom
Soaking tub. Shower has good pressure. Window in bathroom.

Laundry
I have a portable washing machine that can be rolled into the kitchen and run there where it must use the water from the sink and drain into the sink. You must tell me if you think you’ll use the washing machine so I can send you a video walkthrough of how to use it. It does not dry so you have to hang dry on the rack afterwards. Otherwise, there are many laundromats within 2 blocks.

Restaurants/Grocery
This area is loaded with options. Every type of restaurant you’d want within 1-10min walk, multiple grocery stores of varying price points, coffee shops, bakeries, cafes.

Walkability/Location
The Grand and Graham L train stops are 4 blocks away. It’s a 15 minute walk to greenpoint/mccarren park, 15 minute walk to the heart of Williamsburg and a 20 minute walk to bushwick. Of course you can get to all these places faster on the train. There are also citibikes right outside. The g train is a 10 minute walk as well.

Noise/Neighbors
There are no neighbors above or below and there’s only one other apartment in my building which is only touching the bathroom wall, so I literally have never heard them. While the apt does face grand st, the windows are double pane and the bedroom is in the back of the apt, so it's quiet for sleeping. The radiator does make some noise from the steam sometimes.

Check in/Check out
If we can’t coordinate meeting in person, I have a lock box outside where I can leave the keys and I’ll send a video explaining how to get in.
