I'm looking for someone to sublet my cozy clean apartment while I'm away. *REDUCED RENT $1,500/ month + utilities. Available immediately through April 1st. Will prorate for fewer days if move is after Jan 1st.

I've only recently moved in so the space is freshly maintained and not overly crowded with my personal belongings. Minimally but comfortably furnished. There is laundry in the building, a modern wall mounted heater, on demand hot water, dishwasher and gas stove. There is access to the backyard and unrestricted street parking. The apartment is centrally located in Uptown close to all shops and restaurants in a very walk-able neighborhood. The Trailways bus to NYC is 1 block away.

*My rent is $1,750 a month. I will be covering the difference.
