Located on the second floor (walkup), the apartment has a separate dining room (a rare find!). While the bedrooms are cozy, the layout works great for a couple, two roommates, or a single person who needs a home office. We've cleared out plenty of storage space so you'll have room for your belongings.

$3,500/month includes all utilities (heat, electric, gas, internet). One month security deposit required. The apartment comes furnished with everything you need: Room & Board couch, 55" TV with Apple TV and Sonos Beam, Nespresso machine, fully equipped kitchen, queen futon in second bedroom, and even a hammock for relaxing!

Location is fantastic - we're on Clinton Ave between Myrtle and Park. Easy access to G/C trains, Navy Yard Ferry, and multiple bus lines. Steps from Myrtle Ave restaurants and shops.
