The fully furnished garden level apartment in our brownstone is available beginning March 1. The apartment is 1 BR with decorative original fireplace, hardwood floors and an all-new kitchen -- including a dishwasher -- access to a huge backyard. Washer-dryer is a few steps down in basement.
We are near many great restaurants and bars, like Speedy Romeo, Locanda Vini e Olii, Aita, Peaches, Sisters, Hart's, Mekelburg's, The Fly and Clementine Bakery.
Dogs are welcome. (We have one too.)
Long term lease is preferred, but also open to shorter.

Security deposit of $3400 and first month's rent both at signing of lease. Also, separate utilities.
Pets Policy
