This landmarked McKim Mead and White building is located on the corner of Broadway and E20 St. and sits along the newly pedestrianized Lower Broadway between Union Square and the Flatiron District.

We are a group of practicing architects and designers with 3-4 available desks for rent within the space in two different configurations depending on preference.

See attached plan(s) and some pix showing the desk layout(s), shared conference table as well as several casual areas to meet or eat lunch, and we are in the process of building a separate glazed conference room for shared use via sign-up.

The monthly rent for the desks includes dedicated network internet, cleaning, and access to fridge, coffee maker and storage.
