We are 5-10 minutes of​ walking distance from Tribeca, SoHo, Bowery, and LES. There is a Citi Bike station in front of the building, and we are very close to the B, D, 6, J, Z, R, N, Q subway stations.

The space is newly designed and built, fully furnished with abundant natural light, exposed brick walls, and silver tin ceiling. With three floors made up of over 10,000 square feet.

Each workspace comes with a desk, adjacent storage, and shelving and is 24/7 accessible. Amenities include private meeting rooms, a fully furnished lounge, phone booths, kitchen, and bathrooms on both floors as well as coffee and tea.

We can accommodate individuals as well as customize our space to fit your needs for larger companies.

We are offering a ONE YEAR discount of $550. 30 days notice to cancel.

Dedicated Desk Membership - $600/month with 24/7 access.

Dedicated Area Premium Membership (partitioned off for 4 or more desks) - $600/month per desk with 24/7 access

We do not allow trial days on the day of the tour but are happy to schedule one for a later date.
