We're planning to lease this beginning on Feb. 1, but are open to earlier/later dates if you are the right fit. Our unit's current rent is $4,410.39, but based on the market rate and other Two Trees Management properties within our building, we assume the new renter's market rate rent will be ~$4,495 (a larger unit downstairs was just rented at $4,495 in November 2024).

We are a couple who both work in the Manhattan/Brooklyn area. We have a cat and a dog. We absolutely LOVE living in Cobble Hill and have enjoyed every minute of this apartment (location is amazing!) but are looking to potentially relocate, and want to have flexibility with our living space. The building management is extremely organized, attentive and responsive.
The space would be unfurnished, but we are open to selling a few things to the next renter if interested (Peloton, bar stools, dresser, etc).
