Hello, subletting a charming one bedroom walk up in Cobble Hill. I will be out of the city for a month and would like someone courteous, quiet, and tidy to stay in my apartment for the duration. The start date is flexible and could begin later if needed and could extend further into March as well. Dates are flexible.

Apartment includes one bedroom, one closet, spacious living room, office nook, bathroom with tub, kitchen with washing machine. Rent includes internet and all utilities.

Local trains are just a 10 minute walk away. Trader Joe’s, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and many cute bars are all walking distance. You’ll also be close to Brooklyn Bridge park and a beautiful view of the skyline (great if you’re a cold weather runner like I am). Plenty of access to citibikes if that’s your jam.
