Hi All!

I am visiting my fiance for a few weeks and would love to sublet while I'm away. I adore my apartment!

It's bright, cozy, quiet, tidy, spacious and perfectly located in FW. I'm less than a 10 minute walk to Museum Row (The Modern Art Museum, The Kimbell, The Amon Carter), the FW Convention Center, West 7th district, walkable to restos and shops.

The neighborhood is very peaceful. There's a short flight of stairs to enter the apartment.

The apartment has W/D, dishwasher, lots of plants, it's furnished, big, bright windows and lots of light, faux hardwood floors, renovated kitchen.

Rent is $1,400, though I can be flexible on rent and dates for the right person! I'd love to travel for at least two months if you're interested in subletting a bit longer.

Could be great for someone filming in FW for a spell!

I'm 37 and I work FT remotely and I teach meditation and yoga. I'll be visiting my fiance and am looking to sublet my space while I'm away.

I have a neighbor (she/her) directly across from me who is super sweet and fun and also works remotely.

In my spare time I love to meditate, study/practice Tibetan Buddhism, support my local artist/musician friends, play chess, travel, volunteer, watch films.
