Hello! We are looking to sublet our ground entrance Red Hook apartment out for the month of February. Apartment is located on a block with 3 different restaurants and a bodega and is 2 blocks from all the treats and wonderful businesses that Van Brunt has to offer. The apartment is a 1,250 sq. ft. furnished and fully outfitted (dishes, seasonings, etc.) space with 2 small bedrooms and one bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed in it, while the other has the space for a twin or queen. (We have one of each size air mattress if interested). The space is open concept with the living room opening straight into the kitchen and dining area. Dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit. Large backyard in the back with a fire pit, grill and outdoor heater and seating. Located near the famous Defonte's, a 4 minute walk to the B61 and a 10-12 minute walk from the Smith and 9th station. We are also about a 10 minute walk from the ferry. Price includes all utilities for the month including internet.

My husband and I are filmmakers and artists who have lived in the neighborhood for 4 years. We own and operate an art and community studio around the block where we curate events, workshops, and wellness classes. We maintain a clean home and have a good chunk of house plants and an indoor hydro garden that may need small tending to during your stay.
