Hi all! Our beautiful, restful, sunshine-filled apartment, directly across from Central Park, is available to sublet from December 8 through end of February, though we are flexible with the end date! 🙂

It has a balcony with an amazing bench (great for snuggling) and every room has windows overlooking the park, so there is a lot of natural light-- the living room, kitchen, and bedroom all have views of the trees. The apartment is very quite due to being so high up and great insulation.

It has a spacious living room and dining area (lots of seating + room for yoga), 2 work areas (1 standing desk with monitors, 1 desk in bedroom), in unit washer/dryer, bathtub/shower, half bathroom, and 20 or so plants (please help us keep them alive!). Our kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need.

There is a free gym in the building, doormen, multiple elevators, and we are next door to Whole Foods, CVS, and all the subway lines. There are several farmer's markets throughout the week and Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Met, and others are all walking distance. Central Park is pure magic every day!

I have lived in this apartment for 3 years with my partner, who has lived here for 10 years. It is a really special, nourishing, magical place and we are hoping to find the right person (or couple) to sublet it. The rent is expensive (I wish it weren't) but once you are here, you will see why it is worth every penny. From each room in the apartment, including waking up in bed, you can see thousands of trees. Central Park is one of the synchronicity engines of New York City and it is a joy to witness its healing magic every day, as people from around the world and all backgrounds play and explore. The animals are also so amazing!
