Both the bedroom and the adjacent bathroom (shared) are newly painted and are ready to welcome someone who is looking for a soft landing -- 3 months to start is perfect to test the waters for a longer term stay. Will consider as short as one month for a 20% increase in rent.

We are all busy (including the cat with her cat chores!) and not home too much, so this place is great for someone who is looking for peace and quiet.

Laundry is included as is a great porch for having breakfast on, outdoor space, and a neighborhood that is perfect for walking in the morning/evening.

We live a conscious, healthy lifestyle and love to cook and have a glass of wine together when there's time. Age is not important, but being mature, creative, conscious and aware is, coupled with a desire to live in a space that is well kept with a positive, optimistic vibration. We ask that our housemate clean-as-they-go in the kitchen, be committed to keeping common spaces (including kitchen, floors and refrigerator) neat and clean, and pitch in with minimal weekly household chores. The bedroom will be rented furnished as shown in the ad -- all you need to bring are your linens and towels.

There is an additional charge of $150 per month for utilities.
