Quiet and beautiful two bedroom with two balconies and shared outdoor space in the calm heart of a tasty and artistic neighborhood.
The bedroom is cozy & bright with juliette balcony and sliding doors (pic at sunset). The second room has been converted into a studio /writing / office / meditation space. The house is shared by a perfumer and musician, so the den is also a music studio and work space; transitionally includes an extending dining table, full kitchen, and hot water great pressure shower/bathtub.
Fast internet and heat are included, laundry across the street.
Elevator access, 10-15 min walk to all trains and close proximity to the water, bridges to bk, dimes sq & LES, and honestly the best and cheapest dumplings across the street.
It’s honestly a great apartment beyond the terrific location
About This Lister
I manage an emerging climate change arts research center and run a bespoke perfumery project. I love to keep a clean, comfortable home, respite from and access to the richness and dynamism of the city.
I have some family business to attend to so am looking to recuperate my rent and make this sweet space useful to someone else during this time.

Rental requirements
Strong preference for a single individual who will rent for the duration of the dates listed. Necessary a quiet, simple, responsible lifestyle.
We both have specialized equipment so the renter must agree not disturb the allocated atelier space or mess with the audio equipment, and we will require a ~$1000 deposit which will be returned upon our return as everything is in great condition.
No pets.
