The apartment, shared with two PhD students, is just 3 minutes from Lines 4 and 3 of the subway and several bus lines, offering easy access to transportation. It is only 10 minutes by subway to Prospect Park and 15 minutes to Atlantic Terminal, making it a great location for commuting.

About the apartment/room:

- Bright, open-plan common areas: fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room, with natural light and a warm, inviting atmosphere

- The room has a window facing the interior patio, heating, and a wardrobe. It is fully furnished (furniture can be sold at negotiable prices)

About This Lister

I am María (she/her), a final-year PhD student from Spain and I also teach Spanish at Stony Brook University. I love going for walks and hiking, exploring new places around the city, I love coffee, trying new foods, writing, reading, watching movies, and spending quality time with my loved ones. I am currently leaving the apartment I share with two university friends and roommates because I’m moving in with my partner (as part of the move, I’m also selling some of the furniture in the room, which can be negotiated if you're interested).

My roommates are also from Spain, they are fun, interesting, and respectful of shared spaces!
