This listing is for a fully furnished private bedroom. You and one other roommate will share two bathrooms in the house.

I have a ten-year-old chihuahua mix named Chiquita. Currently, 2 other small dogs live here until the end of January. There are 2 other roommates in my home. This is in an upscale neighborhood near the iconic Hollywood Sign. The room features a comfortable queen-size bed. All utilities are included in the rental price.

Amenities include fast internet, a desk and chair, a chest of drawers, and a Google TV with streaming and broadcast services. The room is conveniently located across the hall from a bathroom with a charming clawfoot bathtub and a standing shower. There is also a 2nd full bathroom near the front of the house.

You'll find a BBQ for outdoor cooking in the fenced backyard, lounge chairs, couches, and tables.

The house has all the modern amenities, including a dishwasher, laundry facilities, and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as an air fryer, instant pot, and rice cooker. Weekly housekeeping is provided, and free parking is available in the driveway.
