Hi, I'm looking for a short term sublet for my great apartment in Montecito Heights, a very close walk to beautiful Debs park. The dates could be flexible on either end--let's discuss. I am also looking to sublet this summer--hmu if you like to plan ahead like me :) I am also open to a Bay Area swap, hmu! I am open to $90/day for a shorter length of stay as well.

The apartment is a side by side duplex, shared with the landlord who is very nice. I have a dog who will not be present, fyi for allergies. It's located on a street that gets some through traffic but is not too busy. Street parking only, never an issue for me. Walk up a few exterior stairs to the front door. There is a living room dining room upon entry, a long hall has the bedroom in the middle, bathroom at the end of the hall, and the kitchen is to the left. There's another table and chairs in the kitchen, and all the tools you'd need to cook. There is a small private outdoor area with chairs for sunning, some native plants and two baby dwarf fruit trees (I may ask for plant watering once or twice if this is something you like to do, otherwise I will have a friend come to water.) Hardward floors throughout, bathroom and kitchen are tiled. There is a bathtub and plenty of hot water. I like things neat so there's not a lot of mess. I've worked to make a comfy home--people who have stayed in the past shared they loved the space. This place is a short 5 minute walk to Debs Park, a beautiful large park with trails and amazing views of the city. It's also only about a 30 minute walk to Figueroa Street and all that Highland Park has to offer. The 110 freeway entrance is very close, it's easy to get around.

This place would work well for 1 or 2 adults. I'm open to well trained dogs staying, as well.
