This is a one bedroom apartment filled with sunlight, quiet and city views. Hardwood floors filled with plants. It has a separate kitchen, dinning and living spaces. Plenty of room to set up your work area or exercise if needed. The kitchen has lots of counter space to prepare your meals, equipped with a gas stove, air fryer, toaster, etc.

There are windows in each room for best ventilation. The bed has a comfortable hard to soft brand new mattress. There are two air purifiers and two air humidifiers. The television includes Netflix, HBO, and cable. There is a Mac computer you can use as a guest or use the desktop instead. Adjustable soft lighting or hard lighting depending on your needs.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a walk-up building with amazing sunlight. It has a video intercom that helps to receive packages that get delivered even when you are not home.

The bedroom windows faces the back of the building avoiding any street or car noises that are never heard, and instead are replaced with some bird chirping.

The location is full of public transportation options and walking distance from amazing parks and museums. It is about 2 blocks from a NYC subway station and 5 blocks from another. All 25 minutes from Midtown Manhattan. Also available on a weekly basis.

I am a long time New Yorker working in media. I am a bit of a neat freak who likes her home clean smelling like it and no shoes in the apartment policy. I have been living in this neighborhood for almost a decade and it is my favorite of NYC. There are very nice restaurants and bodegas, the Museum of Moving Image is a few blocks away and one of my favorite as well as the Noguchi Museum of Japanese art. One of my favorite things of this locations is the amount of different coffee shops around the neighborhood, allowing me for an alternative space when I have to work from home. I get along with all my neighbors and tenant and would like for my future guest to keep it that way.
