Hi! I’m looking for a subletter who will take good care of my comfy, convenient Flatbush apartment while I’m away.
Fully furnished, good lighting, 4th floor walk up (no upstairs neighbors,) 2 blocks from the train, with plenty of space to relax or work from home.
It takes about half an hour to get to Times Square. Citi bikes, cafes, Caribbean food, - close to Prospect Park to the North and Brighton Beach to the South. Street parking is fairly easy if you have a car.
I’m a writer and it’s well set up with a sitting desk, standing desk, and whiteboard.
Good for an individual or a couple.

Two fire escapes, installed water filter system, bidet toilet, roku tv, pullout sofa.

Dates are flexible:
The sublet can start as soon as Dec. 18th or Jan 1st and can continue for 3-6 months+.
