-The room is about 150ft^2, has three windows, two closets, and wooden floors. It will come with a full sized simple bed frame but be unfurnished

-Apartment is a five minute walk to prospect park.
-Lots of natural sunlight, windows, and closet space.
-24 hour grocery store a block away, lots of delis, a target, and other shops nearby.
-There is no laundry in building, but there's a laundromat on the block.
-Looking for someone to sign onto the lease.

I'm Daniella (she/her), 25, queer, mostly vegan, really into sustainability, community, outdoors, hanging out, and being silly.
-I collect food scraps for composting at the local community garden, cook a lot from scratch. Keeping common spaces intentionally clean and open communication is very important to me.
-Looking for a roommate around my age, is a woman or nonbinary that could see us getting along/being friends.
-Having a roommate the is also low waste, into composting, sustainability, and anti-consumerism would be a big plus
-I would love to make our apartment a home and give it a community feel.
