Work has me away mid-January to mid-April so I’m offering my charming apartment with an unbeatable location. Prospect Park, Grand Army Farmers Market, multiple trains (2, 3, B, Q) the vibrant Vanderbilt Avenue and Brooklyn Central Library are at your doorstep in this Prospect Heights Junior One Bedroom situated on the second floor of a four story walk-up building. I like to cook and have top of the line cookware.

The front room is configured as a kitchen/dining/work space and the middle room as a flexible living/sleeping area with queen tempurpedic mattress offering sleeping comfort. The large bathroom has a deep soaking tub. All utilities and high-speed internet are included. The building has free laundry in the basement.

While I’m open to shorter term stays at $750/week, my preference for full term sublet and the dates are somewhat flexible. The building is quiet and mainly owner-occupied and there is a no-smoking building wide policy. Sorry, not pets.
