I recently moved out of this apartment and am still in an 18-month lease that ends in April. I've absolutely loved living here and would still be in this apartment, but I moved in with my partner. The landlord has asked to find a subtenant. My lease ends 4/30/25. I have lowered the monthly rent for the subtenant and am open to negotiating. Please note, the apartment is unfurnished with the exception of an almost-new couch (I can have the couch removed upon request).
