I recently moved out of this apartment and am still in an 18-month lease that ends in April. I've absolutely loved living here and would still be in this apartment, but I am moving in with my partner and we've signed a new lease that started 11/1. The landlord has asked to find a subtenant. My lease ends 4/30/25. I have lowered the monthly rent for the subtenant and am open to negotiating.
