We have a beautiful, one of a kind art studio / office space with a custom build out available for rent 3-4 weekdays out of the week. Perfect for a small business or artist who works on a hybrid basis or needs a place for client meetings and is looking for something more affordable.

We run a creative collective out of the space on weeknights and weekends, and are looking to share the space on any 3/4 weekdays from 8am-5pm. We are also willing to be flexible for additional weekdays or weekends as availability allows. You would have complete, private access to the space on your designated days.

Includes two full walls of windows, custom build, kitchenette, bathroom in unit, large work table and long wooden tables/chairs. All utilities + wifi included. $100/day, month to month rental.

We would be able to provide some storage space, but the ideal tenant has a low footprint and will be able to leave the space exactly as they found it each day. Not ideal for anything messy or that requires a lot of specialty equipment.
