We are subletting our cosy one bedroom home in Midwood, Brooklyn until we are out of town for a while. It is quiet, peaceful and green neighborhood only a couple of minutes from the Q line. Downtown Manhattan is only 30 mins with the train, Union square is 35 mins and the beach on Coney Island is just 15 mins minutes the other way. Perfect for walks and jogging.

This place is our home, it is furnished and well equipped with everything. It was recently renovated. It's on the top floor with high ceilings, so there is a lot of light during the day. It is a walk up, with no elevator. There is a laundry room located in the basement of the building. The apartment is equipped with two AC window units (installed after I took the photos), in the bedroom and the living room. It has a bathtub and a king size bed.

All utilities are covered in the price.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

I am the owner of the place, and there are no brokers involved. Originally from Europe, I also work in films, which requires frequent travel for various projects. I will be out of the country starting from May 20th. Consequently, I will only be able to show you the apartment in person before that time, otherwise you'll need to make your decision based on the provided pictures. We have a cleaner so the place will be nice and tidy, when you move in, we'd love it if you can keep it that way. If you need the cleaners help regularly, we can arrange it, but that will be an additional cost.
