There's also a spacious studio setup and a workspace ideal for crafting or taking video calls. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a shower with strong hot water pressure and has plenty of storage. You will have your own street parking pass and a bike available for use and access to offsite laundry options. BMW Gran Coupe with covered parking space is available for rental at an additional cost.
The property is a gem in a fabulous location, only blocks from West Hollywood and walking distance to Melrose / Fairfax District. There are dozens of excellent restaurants, bars, coffee shops, retail, and other amenities within a short walk of the place.
About This Lister
I am a responsible, friendly artist and creative director — my space is a great creative oasis that reflects this. I am bi-coastal and rent out my apartment when I am not in LA. I am ideally looking for an ongoing sublettor, with the potential for a longer arrangement for the right fit. Prioritizing those who can stay for one month or longer but are okay with shorter stays in light of the LA fires.
Past houseguests have raved about their stay because of the apartment's quality, comfort, and incredible convenience. I'm confident you'll have a similarly positive experience.

Rental requirements
Please send me your full name, why you're subletting, your income/financial status, and any social media links or references you may have for verification. I'd love to find someone who is chill, responsible, and financially stable. I'll prioritize folks interested in an extended sublet period but open to a flexible arrangement. Must be willing to look after a few easy-to-maintain plants :)
I am available to meet via FaceTime and can have a trusted friend show you the space. To secure the apartment, I’d ask for rent for the remainder of January plus a security deposit, which will be refunded at the end, pending any damages. We'll sign a sublet agreement. $2400/month.
