My partner, myself and our cat are looking to move into a space January 4, 2025 with some flexibility.

We're looking for a 1 year or more lease for a room in an existing apt or sign a lease with other apt-lookers. We are happy with 1 to 4 other rommmates as long as there are 2 or more bathrooms in the house. 2800/month max for our share. Bed stuy would be preferred, also open to Crown Heights, Clinton Hill. A large sunny patio or outdoor space preferable for our cat. We have a car so ideally on a block where parking is manageable.

We're looking for a room big enough to fit a queen bed and a desk or queen bedroom in a house with space to put a desk somewhere.

I work at EV charging starup and my side hustle is working as a Marie Kondo Consultant so im neat and organized but not psycho. I've always gotten along with roommates of varying degrees of neatness as long as common spaces are taken care of.

My partner works in tech and his side hustle is working as a programming tutor. He has been in the city for 8 years. This is my second year.

We're both 29. We both work from the office M-F, my fridays are optional. We generally enjoy relaxing at home after. We occasionally host dinners and love hosting out of town friends on a comfy couch setup. We had maybe 5 weekend visitors this year so they're not too frequent. We enjoy game nights and cooking as well as the occasional night out.

Our cat is funny and smart. She was declawed 10 years ago on outdated advice. Not humane but this does mean she doesn't scratch furniture. A big lap kitty in the winter and only slightly interested in the summer.
