We’re Lauren (she/her) and Olivia (she/her), the current tenants. We love spending time at home, working on creative projects, and taking care of our space. Lauren is a pediatric nurse, and Olivia is a TV/movie trailer editor. We’ll be out of LA for a while and are looking for someone to care for our home during our absence.

The apartment is managed by a property management company, and we’ve had a great experience with prompt resolution of any issues via email. The landlords do not live on-site.
