About This Lister

Hello, my name is Jasmin and my husband and I are both freelance musicians currently working an off-Broadway musical in NYC. As of now the show is running till June 1st.
Although we love New York, we still are planning to head back to our home in Eagle Rock after this musical is through.
So we are looking for a subletter to enjoy our cozy apartment while we're gone.
We are tenants at our spot and very close to a few of our neighbors. So if you have any problems, we can quickly give them a call and have them help you. We also are in contact with management in case of any minor apartment issues.
My husband also left a few instructional videos for how to use most of the appliances around the apartment on the computer in the bedroom (which also has a guest account for you to use.) Because we are musician there are many instruments around the apartment. You are free to use them but please be respectful as they are all very valuable.
We call our apartment our little tree house because of all the surrounding trees. We hope you like our space and we ask that you please be respectful of it as it is still our home. Thank you & we look forward to hosting you!
