Already in the apartment are two Queer men in their 30's and 40's and a cute pup who loves people. No hard requirements to move. Generally looking for people who are cool and respectful

This lease takeover will start on Feb 1 and runs until 8/31. Monthly ultities (electric, gas, & wifi) run about $100 to $120

I love this apartment but unfortunately work is taking me upstate. As mentioned, the apartment has two roommates (40m) and (42m) who work service and are usually in late but are super quiet and respectful. General roommate etiquette expected: help keep the bathroom and kitchen tidy, take out the trash, etc.
