Note: this apartment doesn't have a tv, but a projector is hooked up and ready to connect to laptops or phones
I (she/her) really love this apartment and the neighborhood. I take good care of the space and keep it neat. It will also be professionally cleaned before the start of the sublet. I'll be traveling for most of March and am looking for somebody to care for it (and ideally water the plants) while I'm away.
As mentioned above, the landlord lives downstairs. He's very friendly and I hardly see him, but he keeps an eye on the building and wants to meet the subletter.
Current Tenant
Apartment is available for all of March. Dates are flexible.
$2500 deposit is also required for the month but will be returned at move out assuming everything is in good order.
A simple sublet agreement including fees and dates will be required.
Ideally, looking for somebody willing to meet the landlord (in person or online). He lives in the building, so he likes to meet the folks that will be coming and going.
