I'm going home for the holidays and looking for a clean and conscientious person to sublet my apartment in Gowanus. This apartment has been a sanctuary for me and hopefully will be for you too while you're here! The apartment is on the top floor of a four-story building with access to the R train at your front door. The apartment is perfectly situated between Park Slope, Downtown Brooklyn, and Cobble Hill/Carroll Gardens. You are only a 15 minute walk from Prospect Park and there are many great coffee shops, bars, and restaurants just blocks away plus a Whole Foods only 8 minutes walk away.

The apartment comes fully furnished including a smart TV, bluetooth speaker and central heat.

The apartment has such great natural light including a huge skylight! I currently have the apartment configured so that the bedroom is farthest from the street and it is so calm and quiet at night.
