Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to fill an unfurnished bedroom in my 2 bed/1 bath apartment near the border of Bedstuy and Clinton Hill. Located <0.1 miles from the Bedford-Nostrand G and 0.6 miles from the Nostrand A/C. The apartment is a 2nd floor walkup in a 4 unit building. The apartment has central A/C, heat, and a dishwasher. We have access to laundry machines in the building next door (same landlord), plus a laundromat on the block. It's within a 10 minute walk of multiple grocery stores, cafes, and a park. There are no pets in the apartment currently, but cats and small dogs are allowed and very welcome! The room is very sunny and has a closet, as well as access to the fire escape if you like to sit outside.

I try to keep this apartment a pretty calm and peaceful space - I have friends over occasionally, but no large gatherings or parties. I'm covid-conscious and wear a mask in indoor public spaces whenever possible, and I'm looking to live with someone who does the same. The apartment is pretty neat - a little clutter is fine but I clean regularly and keep my belongings tidy. I'd like to be friends and hang out with my roommates, but also value time alone to recharge.
