I am going back to Madrid for 1 month during xmas period and I am looking for someone to sublet my large fully furnished bedroom located near Union, Metropolitan and Lorimer.

4 mns away from the L/G subway.
6 mns away from the J/M.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is a 3-bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom. It has a large living room/kitchen space with an office you can use if you are WFH.

My room is big with a tall ceiling, and a large window bringing in lots of natural light. It has a large built-in closet and a useful desk and chair.

You will be sharing the apartment with Mitsu and Sandrina. Two girls in their late 20s - 30s. We get along very well, they are both fun, clean, and hardworking women ❤️

The neighbors are lovely. Michael is a saxophonist and on the lower level there are three very nice roommates that often invite us to have a beer in their backyard.

For one month rent is $1300 (what I am paying - including utilities)

The dates are flexible and I am open to talking about this.

Rent includes wifi, gas, and electricity.

About This Lister

I am Jimena, 27 year old Spanish girl. I moved to NY in August because I got an scholarship from NYU to study a masters in Literature and Creative Writing.

I have lived in this apartement since late September. I am very much in love with my apartment and I am lucky to have two very sweet female roommates.

I also love to live here because of the location, the great value for the neighborhood, and the neighbors.

I still do not have a bedframe because the mattress is so comfortable that I have not yet found the motivation to get one. However, if you wish to have one, I will make sure I buy one before you come.

I work as a Communications Manager for NYU.

My roommates are most of the time out of the appartement. Sandrina is also an NYU scholar, she studies Custom Design for Staging and Film, and Mitsu is a psychologist.

I like films, reading, writing, but also going out for drinks, dancing, outdoor activities, going for a walk on Prospect Park...

I am clean, considerate and easy-going. I’d like to share our home with someone friendly who wants to maintain a clean, chill, and respectful environment.
