Space will be unfurnished*, the living room is an extension of the bedroom so it will be your area to use exclusively as the other person living there has her own living room area on opposite side of apartment.

The unit is pretty quiet, as the building only has 6 apartments, two on each floor.

There is an in-unit washer/dryer which is a huge perk.

Price is rent only, utilities are separate and range from $100-150 approximately. *

Roommate is very friendly and works in the education department.

Tidiness very much appreciated, especially the shared kitchen and bathroom areas.

Transportation within about 10 min from home: S, 2, 3, 4 and 5 trains.

This is central BK so walking distance from Prospect Park, BK Museum, BK Public Library, BK Botanical Garden, plenty of grocery stores, restaurants on Bedford and Franklin Ave.
