I am subletting my room (female preferred) for one month, it´s very cozy, nestled in the back part of my shared apartment, so away from street noise, beautiful tree filled view in the room from this second-floor walk-up.

Space is completely furnished and in the living room there is a working area as this part of the apartment is an extension of my bedroom.

The unit is pretty quiet, as the building only has 6 apartments, two on each floor.

The apartment come with washer/dryer which is a huge perk.

A little about myself: I am a multimedia journalist/ news reporter who is ready to take a vacation lol.

My roommate is very friendly and works in the education department.

We appreciate tidiness, especially the shared kitchen and bathroom areas.

Transportation within about 10 min from our home: S, 2, 3, 4 and 5 trains.

This is central BK so walking distance from Prospect Park, BK Museum, BK Public Library, BK Botanical Garden, plenty of grocery stores, restaurants on Bedford and Franklin Ave.
