I am an artist and energy worker, the vibes are sweet and high. I have plants, a fully equipped kitchen (food processor, air frier, grill, juicer), books in English, Spanish, and Russian (on topics ranging from art, esoteric subjects/healing, to classic literature), a guitar, massage table, and other interesting things you'd be welcome to use. Sheets, blankets, and towels will be provided.

Internet and utilities are included. Parking is easy, laundry, a block away. 3 24/hr gourmet grocery stores just a few blocks away. Great restaurants all around.

The whole place and especially the bedroom is very quiet, has a full sized bed and a closet. There's access to a very secluded-feeling deck that is used just by me.

I've put a lot of love into keeping my home clean, and the energy high and positive, and would appreciate someone who would be conscious of that, who approaches life on that kind of a wavelength. My plants would be very grateful, too.

Must be clean, trustworthy, and respectful. Looking for 1 person or a couple (exceptions can apply). No parties, no loud music, or cigarette smoke indoors.
