I am subletting my bright, newly furnished 1 BR (700 sq ft) apartment in Bed-Stuy while I visit family out of state for the holidays. It's located just across the street from Herbert Von King Park. This second-floor apartment (in a three-story walk-up new build) is available for sublet.

2 blocks away from the G train from Bedford-Stuyvesant Ave Stop
30 mins from midtown
15-20 min commute to Williamsburg, Dumbo, Long Island City

I'd love to share my home with another woman traveling to NYC who needs a place to stay during the holidays. All the furniture is practically brand new, as I just moved in a few weeks ago. Enjoy morning light in the bedroom, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking trees and hearing the birds chirp. (It's honestly become my favorite part of the morning!)

The apartment has central heating, a dishwasher, and unfortunately, a drop-off laundromat is conveniently located two blocks away. Included amenities are Wi-Fi, Alexa, humidifier, a selection of teas, and a projector in the living room. Please message only if you can stay for at least one week, flexible with dates.

No pets allowed unfortunately.
