The property is over 4300 sq feet and I live in a tiny house behind the cabin with my 4 year old and dogs. The neighborhood is quiet. 10-20 minutes from restaurants and shops, you get the best of both worlds! Near Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena and 30 minutes to DTLA.

I'm a TV/Film director and a newly single mom who bought her first home. I live in the back house, a Tiny Home and my kid and I like to listen to music and play in our backyard area.

The front house, I call the cabin and there is a beautiful oak tree that I will put a swing on for everyone to use (kids and adults). The neighborhood is really quiet and I play music in the back yard and will work there too. The cabin has a locked off room with its own private entrance, that is my storage space and where I use the peloton, when I use it.

I'm looking to sublet the cabin to someone who desires a retreat with peace and quiet and is conscientious about sharing the land that we live on. I've lived with roommates most of my adult life so I welcome having a close neighbor to my Tiny Home.

I'm clean, I'm learning how to garden and take care of the kumquat tree in front of the cabin and the plants a friend planted at the curb as a house warming gift.
