It's such a lovely apartment with three skylights, special water filter on shower and sink, Hudson River three blocks away, furnished, yoga mats! gorgeous wood beams, slate and subway tiling, fireplace (for looks, not fires), exposed brick, and over looking a park. Renovated right before I moved in, easy to keep clean.

It is a walk up but super worth it, stairs are not steep and only 4 flights; perfect location, near trains, cafes, parks, the high line and the hudson. Organic Queen bed.
