We’re also located right next to the beautiful Govalle park, which is also the beginning of the Walnut Creek Trail, an amazing 7-mile long protected, forest-lined running/cycling path.

THE PLACE:
Private bedroom with double bed and lockable (interior) door. Shared (with just me!) bathroom with shower/bathtub. Spacious, cozy living room with 120" projector/screen and Dolby surround sound system available for your use. Large fenced backyard. Full kitchen, fridge, washer/dryer use included. Make yourselves at home. WIFI good to go.

ME:
I’ll be staying in the primary bedroom throughout your stay, and generally in and out throughout the week, busy working video gigs. I’m a longtime Austinite, and will be happy to provide you all kinds of recs and advice on where to go and how to get around.

RULES:
No pets and no parties please (but you're absolutely welcome to hang out in the living room and play music on my dank system, woop!)
