The apartment is a quiet, rear-facing walkup unit with hardwood floors, exposed brick, and central heat. Close to Tompkins Square Park, the East River Greenway, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and more!

I've called this apartment home for the past five years and have made it my oasis from the fast pace of the city. I'm subletting my apartment this winter while I visit family in Miami. I'll be leaving before Thanksgiving, so the unit will be available a few days before 12/1 if needed. (I'm also flexible with the 3/31 end date, so reach out if you have questions.)

The kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge, gas stove/oven, dishwasher (installing Oct 2024), toaster, pots and pans, Instant Pot, utensils, plates etc. There is a small dining table in the kitchen as well.

Comfy full-size bed in the sleeping area with Apple TV, a record player, and a bluetooth sound bar for music/TV. Living area has a keyboard, full size couch, mirror, and a desk for WFH. The white dresser and one closet will be empty and available for your use. Bathroom has a tub/shower, large medicine cabinet for storage, and a bidet. Last but not least, there's a video intercom system for letting guests/delivery people in remotely from your phone.

While there isn't in-unit laundry, there's a great wash and fold/dry clean spot down the street! They do same-day if you drop off in the morning.

- C&B and Thayer for breakfast/lunch/delish pastries
- Tompkins Square Park for people/dog watching
- The Wayland, HiLot, Nublu, Studio 151, The Cabinet, Fiaschetteria Pistoia, Royale (best burger in NYC!), Ayat, Bob White... I could keep going :)

The building is a 10-min walk from the L train at 1st Ave (entrance on Ave A), and a 15-min walk from the F train at 2nd Ave (entrance on 1st Ave). The M14D stops outside the building and runs frequently, and it takes you to 14th St/Union Square in 15 mins.
