Hey y'all! I have a rent-stabilized one bedroom on a tree-lined street in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn. I'm looking to swap with someone in LA, ideally Jan - March 2025.

I've been considering moving to LA, and would love to spend some dedicated time in the city and get to know it better. I'm also open to bi-coastal living with someone who is interested in swapping semi-regularly, or a lease takeover with someone who wants to swap permanently.

My apartment would be best for someone who doesn't mind a walk-up apartment and a kitchenette (I make very basic meals, so it works well for me, but totally understand if that's not your thing!). It's a great place to work, relax, and be creative in your own little nest up above the treetops.
