The neighborhood access:

East Crown Heights. No issues. Community centered. Lots of churches. Caribbean, Jewish and Arabic folk.

Cafes in the area:

- Barzakh Cafe, Lakou Cafe, Nyla, Milk & Pull.

Groceries & Laundry:

- there are 3 grocery stores around and more if you go further towards west crown heights or up to bedstuy.

- Laundromat is across the street from the house.

Parks and recreation:

- Park down the block which includes the St John Recreation Center where you can have access to pool, basketball courts, games etc. Soccer Roof 10 mins walk away.

The neighborhood truly has everything one might need in terms of activities except for whole foods or a climbing gym lol

Trains:
- 10 mins walk to the A, C, 4, 3. 25 mins into Manhattan.

I have 2 cats in the house, Siamese. Babysitting them for friends. Not sure when they'll leave. This is their home for the past year.

Kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil possible. Juicer, mixer, pots, pans, glasses, tupperware, toaster etc.

This home is dear to me. I call it "The Sanctuary". I invested a lot of my energy into it and foresee doing so as my life expands. The energy of the home is a #9 aligned with this 2025 year.

There are 2 living altars in the house.

Lots of plants.

We never get noise complaints cause our neighbors are mad chill and it's pretty well isolated. I never really host parties here, maybe once every couple of months. Only 2 other tenants in the building. Above is a couple. Everyone likes each other and we have each others phone #'s.

It's me Eddy. I'm primarily on the lease and furnished this homey sanctuary from scratch. I've been here for 2 years.

I am a big meditator, I do yoga kriya's every morning/night in the back room. Very intentional about the energy of the house.

I am looking for someone intentional, preferably someone on the spiritual path as well, someone that functions off energy, someone I can trust, perhaps an artist or yogi or someone that's looking to grow and expand. Someone I can be true friends with. Someone clean and tidy, joyous.

I am on a big expansion journey and really calling in to share space with someone who I can naturally vibe with, on the same page, aligned and looking to grow as well.

If you're looking for something long-term, to ground your roots into and even willing to invest in making the atmosphere better, then you are a right fit :) the place has potential.

In the spring, I'll be redoing the patio, adding more plants, a cold plunge tub, expand the garden and make it into an oasis.

Trust & alignment is truly my only criteria.
