Very charming furnished one-bedroom cottage with lots of great amenities within walking distance (two grocery stores a literal block away, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, a reservoir!). Maybe the one corner of LA you can live in without a car. Close to lots (Silver Lake / Los Feliz / East Hollywood / Atwater / Echo Park) but also has the nice feeling of being slightly removed from the middle of the fray. Washer and dryer and well stocked pantry. A projector with a closet full of movies. Lovely neighbors. Cute squirrels.
