Looking for a sunny, fully furnished room in Cambridge? We’re offering two cozy rooms (approximately 130 square feet or 4m x 3m) in a bright, welcoming apartment just steps from Fresh Pond Lake - perfect for running, biking, or relaxing by the water.

The rooms come fully furnished with a bed, desk, and bike, and gets plenty of natural light. The apartment has a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in-unit. Free parking is available both in the garage and in our driveway. There are two balconies and a small garden that add to the charm of the place. The space is charming and full of original wooden features. No gender preference - we just value kindness, respect, and cleanliness.

The apartment culture is relaxed and considerate. Everyone has their own routine, and we keep shared spaces clean and calm. It’s not a party apartment - more of a peaceful, zen atmosphere.
We’re in a great neighborhood: it’s a 10-minute bike or bus ride to Harvard, and just steps from Fresh Pond Lake (it is literally across the street) and Reservation. Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and lots of local cafes are nearby. It’s ideal for runners, bikers, or anyone who enjoys green space and walkability.
