Hi there! I’m offering a clean , comfy bedroom for 1 person in my 2-bedroom apartment in Astoria, Queens, right between Broadway and 30th Avenue (near the N and W trains). It’s just a quick 20-minute ride to Manhattan.
The apartment is on the second floor, super bright, and peaceful. I’m looking for quiet, friendly, clean folks who are POC and queer friendly.
What’s included:
All utilities
Towels, paper towels, and fresh bed sheets. You will have access to the kitchen and bathroom.
Please no other guest.
The area is great! The Neighborhood is clean and quiet. There’s a laundromat right outside the building, lots of amazing restaurants nearby, and parks and gyms within a 10-minute walk. It’s a welcoming neighborhood, and I think you’ll love it here!

Rental requirements
Rate: $90 per night
To hold the booking, I’ll need a 50% deposit by December 15th.
If you stay for more than 15 nights there is a discount of $65 per night.
The space is available from: December 20 to January 12 with no possibility to extend.
I require a background check that is $35. This will be discounted from your total sublet agreement amount.
Minimum stay is 1 week
No pets allowed
