A spaced room in the second floor of a family house that fits a king size bed , desk and tv table has a window on the backyard ( far from the street side ) it has a nice closet on a hardwood floor , we have central cooling/ heating unit for the entire apartment Which is in the second floor of a nice newly constructed family house ( has camera surveillance) the house has 2 apartments : first floor plus backyard and the second floor apartment. It's very convenient on transportation; bus B26 stop is In front of the house , J train 5 Minutes walk (Halsey station 2 Blocks away )
L train 10 minutes walk ( Wilson station 3 Blocks away)
Its connect you easily to Manhattan, queens and downtown Brooklyn. We have a nice kitchen with a brand new fridge a brand new oven stove dishwasher kitchen table spacy living room .
The apartment has 4 rooms : 2 rooms in the street side 2 rooms on the backyard side,we all share the kitchen ,
3 rooms share a bathroom so you gonna be sharing a bathroom with 2 other roommates all roommate are easy going chill and busy with their life , there is no party or friends hanging in most of the time . No pet no smoking inside allowed . We have internet WiFi.
The hood is nice ; deli- bodega- food market - laundromat - coffeeshop - bar - restaurant-library-playground ..around 1 ,2 and 3 blocks from home .

You can't change a place that works,
i am a hard working person , responsible and clean . i have to go spend each winter with my parents .
I can let the person interested in subletting my room come check the place between 1:00pm - 2:00pm any day .
I am just looking for someone respectful clean and responsible.i mentioned before I prefer one month security/deposit to get the room .
The other roommates are a respectful
friendly 2 ladies and a gentleman , they are very quiet easy going and very busy with their lives

$915 per month is the rent. utilities are :(electricity+ gas + internet comes around $65/month )
I prefer one month deposit/security before moving in .
Any person interested will have to provide photo ID , credit score , proof of income (three months bank statement and income or paystubs ) to come visit and see the room . We will sign a sublease agreement .meet with roommates .
