Bright and cozy room available in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in the heart of Williamsburg. Located on the top floor of a charming townhouse on Devoe Street, conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the Lorimer/Metropolitan L and G trains.

The neighborhood is charming with many coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores nearby. You have McCarren park and track a 10-15 minute walk away. Citi bikes are located in front of the house for those brave to fare the winter weather on a bike and there is usually plenty of street parking for anyone who has a car.

The apartment features heating, an in-unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and your standard kitchen appliances (coffee maker, air fryer, toaster oven, microwave). Please note, it’s a walk-up.

The room itself is spacious and filled with natural light. It's not street facing, so it's quiet. The room has hardwood floors and it comes fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, dresser, and a foldable desk, perfect for work or study. FYI the room is undergoing some decor upgrades (checkered rug and deco dresser). I do not have pictures but I'm happy to send some new ones once the new furniture is all in place.

You will be sharing the space with my roommate - friendly, clean and responsible. The apartment is an lgbtq-friendly space. My roommate is an amazing cook and enjoys hosting the occasional dinner, which would be discussed prior to make sure everyone is comfortable.

We are looking for someone (preferably female) who is also clean and responsible that will care for the home as their own. My roommate works hybrid, so ideally someone who also works hybrid, in an office, or tends to be on the quieter side or out and about during the day.
