I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 3rd floor walk up (2 sets of stairs) in Ridgewood, close to the Bushwick border. The lease ends 11/1/25 but there would be an opportunity to renew, and the rent increase was low last year.

It’s a 3 bed 1 bath, and the roommates are great! They are both white queer women in their mid twenties. One works for the city parks department and the other is a nanny. They would be happy to be friends or for you to do your own thing. Their only requirements are: you need to be queer friendly, and they would prefer femme or nonbinary people.

It takes me 5-6 minutes to walk to the L Myrtle Wyckoff and 3 minutes to walk to the M at Seneca. Amazing train access.

Room comfortably fits a full bed, desk, and armchair. It has great natural light and a nice closet!

The apartment itself is nice, with a skylight in the living room, natural light in the kitchen, central air and roof access. We’ve been living there since November 2023, so apartment is well established— we have a chore system (chill and flexible but it gets done) and all utilities are set up and all common space is currently furnished (would be fine if you wanted to bring furniture though!).
