It is steps to grocery stores and great bagels/cafes/restaurants on Vanderbilt & Washington Aves as well as minutes to Prospect Park and several subway lines. This is an old school 1920s building of 20+ studio apartments, with a hinge-door elevator and card-operated laundry in the basement.

The studio has a separate kitchen and good-sized bathroom, and east-facing windows in all 3 rooms get direct light every morning and overlook quiet gardens. Fully furnished with a big comfy chairs and quality queen size bed, dining table/desk, a projector and lots of storage. I ask for the tenant to treat the space and contents with care.
